This company cold called trying to sell their product and I said I wasn't interested. 5 Minutes later I had the same call, obviously got put on a call back by thew agent. I am registered with the telephone preference service and I am pretty sure this unsolicited sales call breaks the Privacy and Electronic (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 law.

Love this company, we switched over as the system they offer integrated with our new CRM system. We even got a better price going through them than going direct! They are ON IT! Upbeat, super speedy response time and they action everything at lightening speed. We needed to add an extra couple of lines recently - again super efficient and helpful. Don't stay with an average supplier who "forgets" you are out of contract and leaves you on a higher rate until you decide to change - go with these guys - cutting edge technology and best in class service!

Absolutely amazing service from cre communications ,even tho i originally got a quote from cre i ended up going with bt as i thought they were bigger so would be better this wasnt the case bt nearly closed my bussiness after leaving me with no phones for over 3 weeks and no communication from them i went back to cre and they fixed the problem in 5 days cant thank the team enough they all went above and beyond .

We were dubious of swapping providers. Better the devil you know and all that. CRE were offering a good price and talked the talk so we took the plunge. Very pleased that we did. There was an initial problem on swap day and this did make us start to regret changing. However it was quickly resolved. Anytime we have a question I can email support and get a very speedy reply. They are always so helpful and friendly. If we need to change our voicemail message it is never a problem and done immediately. The big difference is the personal touch here. Never experienced anything vaguely resembling that with dreadful BT who I dislike intensely! Very happy with CRE Communication's transparent billing, support, equipment and reliability of the service. The complete lack of frustration that has been endured with the BT is an absolutely massive bonus. Having been asked if we would consider leaving a review and we didn't hesitate. Thoroughly recommend CRE! Thanks everyone!
