Following a visit from Cre8zero, I agreed to go ahead with a solar installation but, on reflection, I decided that this was not for me and cancelled the order requesting a refund of my deposit.

Despite not completing the solar installation, I am impressed by this company's commitment to customer satisfaction. They handled the cancellation of my contract professionally and promptly refunded my deposit when asked. Their actions demonstrate a strong sense of integrity and respect for their clients.
