The whole process was professional and easy from start to finish. Andrew initially visited and explained all my options and how solar plus battery works. Due to the different aspects of my roof. He also gave me extra advice about tariffs and where to find info. The installers were first class, the electrician was very experienced, just a very neat installation. Would recommend to anyone considering solar

Creative came and reviewed our requirements and proposed a solution in line what we had been previously quoted for but the difference was the Professional way they went about everything. We've now had our panels, battery and inverter installed and once again the team at Creative were professional and efficient, the system was explained and demonstrated efficiently and we would advise anyone in the area to seriously consider them.

10 KW SOLO system + Batteries installed 9th May. With-in 2 weeks of getting a quote. Family run business, straight forward with product & pricing. Very approachable to answer any quires or questions.
Install team very quick. The roofer even replaced some broken tiles before installing frame for panels.
System is performing beyond expectation.
I would defiantly recommend Creativ to anyone needing a quality Solo solution.

Great install and communication all way through. I am a bit disappointed with the amount of cable ties all over my property, this could be improved, be good if someone can get these off my extension roof before scaffolding is removed. Also I was not offered bird protection which speaking to others would have been good to have. Other than the above the system works really well. Would recommend Creativ Energy.

installation of solar panels, full professionalism, I highly recommend the problem appeared after a few weeks when the company called and had a great offer for my batteries, £2,400 for batteries, where the same battery can be bought for £1,200, they bombarded me with phone calls about what a great offer they have.... where is the real deal? they just scam you for money
