I can’t speak highly enough of Fahad Ejaz and Omaer Choudhury from Creative Network. They have both been absolutely fantastic from day one — always professional, supportive, and incredibly responsive. Anytime I need help, Fahad and Omaer are immediately there to assist, and they handle everything with such efficiency and calmness.

What really sets them apart is that they never cause any issues — only solutions. For example, Fahad recently helped me set up 3CX lines and Microsoft accounts and created 7+ accounts for me within just one day. Omaer has also been consistently reliable and committed to making sure everything runs smoothly. It’s rare to find people this dedicated and dependable. Truly some of the best at what they do.

We signed up with Creative Networks in October after our existing IT provider wasn't able to service small companies any longer. Creative Networks have been brilliant with their service and they really know their onions. My latest experience: my computer went on the blink and I was going to buy a new one at a cost of about £1500-£2000. Without prompting Creative Networks checked whether it was still under warranty (I assumed it was too old) but lo and behold it was. It was fixed promptly, all organised by them, and saved me a stash of cash.
