I ordered a Zappi EV charger late last week from CRG Solar Limited. Their Electrician, Shani, arrived on Monday morning and worked hard fitting it. She did an excellent job which involved a lot of hidden cabling all around the top my garage.. The finished job is first class and waiting for a new car to charge on it in a few days time. SUPERB SOLAR INSTALLATION.
I have recently had 11 solar panels, Battery and Inverter installed by CRG Direct limited, all completed within a day, It is now up and running with an Octopus Energy outgoing fixed tariff. I have to say, I was impressed with the entire procedure in the way it was carried out. The electricians and roofers were really efficient, neat, professional and polite. Although I have dealt with Lance and Frank the owners of the company, who again were very helpful, I must mention Melissa in the office, she is great to deal with, very customer focused and always available to provide advice, guidance. and support, she is a real credit to the company and Im sure a valued member of staff, so a big thank you to her and everybody at CRG.

CRG supplied and installed our solar panel system. We approaced a number of companies and CRG offered by far the best value. The installation was done in a day. The installers were considerate and easy to have around. The installation is very neat. We particulary did not want cables run around the outside of our house. They did a great job of hiding them in the eaves. The system has performed flawlessly since installed. Our savings are far greater than were quoted.

We went to the market with a plan to purchase Solar panels with no idea of what we wanted, we made it clear that we were seeking other quotes and were trying to do a like for like comparison and that this "project" would only start, when funds were available which did not worry the CRG team and they answered all questions no matter how silly. When funds were ready the process was smooth as silk, the survey guy was very knowledgeable and took lots of photos. The installation team was a good group of people all with there own area of expertise and all made a point of shaking my hand when we met. the installation was with out issue and the team worked very hard to complete the job, the Scaffold even was removed with out us noticing. the team were extremely polite and well mannered.
The final set up is exactly as described all paperwork emailed over we have the export meter sorted to should hopefully see the energy bill starts coming in we will see a big reduction in the amount spent with the power providers.

CRG have installed Solar Panels and storage batteries at our village hall. We have no complaints regard the process from start to finish. Work was first class and site cleared of all packaging etc. We are that happy with them they will soon be installing air con/heating units to replace our Gas Boiler.

I'm glad we decided to buy our solar panels and battery setup from CRG. They even replaced our roof, which greatly simplified the process compared to attempting to work with two separate businesses.

Everyone was helpful, kind, efficient, and informed, starting with Jack, the first sales consultant, and continuing with Melissa, James and his group, the electricians, Lisa, and even the scaffolding firm personnel. The location was maintained tidy, and we received a tonne of additional guidance on how to maximise the battery life, among other things, as we went.

The entire roof replacement, installation, and connection of 11 panels with an inverter and battery took only one week.

Thirty years is the guarantee period for everything, including battery efficiency.

I had 10 panels and a 13.5 kWh GivEnergy battery installed recently by CRG. From the first consultation, they were different from the other installers that I talked to. They were realistic, flexible, and most importantly, their quote was not astronomical like some of the others. I know they typically install SunSynk batteries and inverters, but I wanted to go with GivEnergy due to their closer integration with Octopus smart tariffs. This ended up being no problem for them. They installed it all in a day, though the commissioning ended up happening the next day due to the large downloads and needing sunlight.

The roofers and electricians were all fantastic. I was able to ask a lot of questions and get some good advice. The cabling work is very tidy. The system has been up and running for 3 months now, and I've been enjoying the benefits of the battery and solar generation to save a lot of money on energy even in winter.
