Today I had reason to contact Crown Gas by phone. Megan dealt with my queries.
I wanted to set up a direct debit for each of the properties. This was done successfully over the phone.
The VAT issue, was clarified. Because we are a registered charity we are entitled to a 5% vat rate
Arrangements were put in place to have an engineer visit two of the properties to install smart meters
All was done in 20 mins. I was impressed with the speed of service, the clarity of the responses and with how the issues were handled. Many thanks, Rev Thomas

Just started as a new business customer with Crown Gas & Power. We were looking for an energy supplier that could provide Green Gas and this company offers varying percentages of Green Gas, which is very helpful from a budgeting perspective. Although we are new to the company, so far their customer service has been very good and also personable ( I was dealing with Helen). I did not feel like a number or an annoyance.
