I phoned to get a quote for comparison (i made this clear on the phone), as my usual place wasn't picking up. In the space of a few hours while I didnt look at my phone at work, I received 2 missed calls, 1 voicemail and an email. I didn't use them in the end because my usual place rang me back and was much cheaper and could deliver the next day. I'm all for good customer service but that's too much, bordering on hounding.

Been dealing with Crown Oil for a long time. I deal with Adelle who has great customer service. On a few occasions we required 'emergency' fuel and within minutes of putting the phone down a truck arrives (may have been lucky a truck was close). Navcar

I won't use them out of principal....sales staff constantly bombard you with nuisance calls and even when you tell them to take you off their call list, they still ring you!!! Use Tate Fuel instead.

Can’t recommend this company enough. The staff are so helpful I normally deal with Shannon who is very helpful and friendly. Today I spoke to Kim who really went above and beyond. Their drivers are fantastic too. Very competitive prices and really speedy delivery

Very impatient and unsafe driver on the M1 today. Indicated to be across the lane when our vehicle was next to them, and then honked when we immediately didn’t move out of their way, when driving in a 50, when we had nowhere to go. The driver then began pulling into the lane when we were still there! You’d think driving such a dangerous load you would drive safely and be considerate of others in the road.

Absolutely fantastic service! Last year we had 2 biomass boilers fail, requiring replacement. This meant we have had to hire a temporary boiler to power our factory which runs 24/6. This required very regular fuel top-ups which varied due to external conditions and factory demand. Jamie @ Crown really made this tricky situation a breeze. Communication top notch and I have 100% trust in them to deliver when they say. Now our fuel requirement has ceased, I'm looking for other services to switch to them!!
