Excellent job and discussed the install from start to finish with true consideration of my thoughts on the black wire exposure and the aesthetic finish.

Apart from the excellent job, his manner and demeanour were outstanding and showed genuine respect for the client and their property.

If you could clone a tradesman, Grant is your man. A great asset to his employer.

James came out to repair my EV charger and was brilliant from start to finish. He was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly friendly and approachable — he explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what the issue was and how he was going to fix it.

It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely takes pride in their work and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is working perfectly. He didn’t just fix the problem — he made the whole experience stress-free.

Had an issue with 2 EV chargers not functioning correctly. After having a very good chat with a polite lad named Paddy, he was able to assist me in my issues and fix them for me remotely, providing great customer service and expert advice and troubleshooting.

I had an issue with my EO Mini Pro 3 charger which stopped charging. I got into a live chat with Olivia Allen who was absolutely brilliant. The load balancing settings were incorrect on the charger which she changed remotely and restarted the device.
All is working now, so I will monitor my charge again tonight.

I’m only giving five stars as a result of Jake Biggs intervention in what had become a farcical situation.

8 calls and promises of call backs (none of which materialised despite being well over the promised wait time), ignorant staff and zero focus on the needs of the customer. I’ve never in my life met such inept ‘customer service’, especially over a matter that was fixed within minutes of Jake getting involved.

If I could send a message to management, take this guy’s work and model your service offer based on him. Polite, clear, efficient and knowledgable.
