I submitted an email enquiry for an EV charger install on Tuesday and got a response from Kerrith, he ended up visiting site on the same day as was on his route home. Nothing was too much trouble, great first impression! Quote arrived a day and a half later.

Had a Tesla charger installed by Crystal EV back in January and the whole process was smooth from the initial Survey up to the installation. They answered all my questions and even got me booked in for the next day!
The engineer Jack did a very neat and tidy job. Highly recommend.

One of their worker left the car without even charging and hogging the charging space for last 2 hours without regards to there are 3 cars waiting for him to move. Shows how responsible and professional their workers are.

Booked an installation with Crystal? Don't bank on it!

I am awaiting the highly anticipated arrival of an engineer tomorrow, after three already failed attempts to fulfil our agreed appointments.

Interesting to read reviews from other 'customers' with the same experiences as me - professional standards evidently don't matter here.

I have been expecting the elusive engineer on 25th July, 6th August, 7th August and Crystal are now 'hopeful' they will materialise on 8th August - I'm not getting my hopes up.

My choice is limited with purchasing through Ohme, but if you have the option to AVOID this farcical carry on, I strongly recommend you do.

This must be the worst Company I’ve ever dealt with. The customer service is non-existent they don’t return any messages sent
They don’t call you back when you request it Engineers don’t turn up to fit the charges when they’re booked in and when you contact them on the phone, it just rings and rings and rings and then it cuts out absolutely disgusting
