I have used CSG for 38 years. They have always done a great job. No fuss and no mess. I unreservedly recommend CSG for cesspit and septic tank emptying. They also deal with drainage issues. I would not contemplate using any other firm.

Terribly poor service, I would struggle to give this company 1 star! I have been using the service at this depot for over 27 years and have just recently had installed two new treatment plants for two buildings. The first engineer I can say was somewhat helpful and signed off on the first build no problem! The second engineer was, arrogant, rude, unhelpful and then completely contradicted the first engineers advice. He was more interested in getting away on a Friday afternoon! Then to make matters even worse when the last septic emptying was scheduled on one of the new builds the accounts department put the invoice in the incorrect address and then blatantly refused the change it to the correct address...thus causing me a huge amount of stress and unnecessary conflict after being such loyal customers for over 27 years!! I'm sorry to say that I could not recommend them, but the lorry drivers are lovely and we always have a cup of tea and a good chat, shame the office isn't the same!!!

Waste disposal for 2 septic tanks. Very good and efficient (although your operator did forget to replace one on the covers on departure). He pointed out plant root ingress to a sump.

I waited for 6 weeks for an initial "emergency" appointment for an issue that resulted in untreated waste water flowing into our natural pond (emergency appointments are considerably more than standard appointments). First visit, for the minimum committed 1 hour (after 6 weeks waiting) for £250 was 15 minutes long for a person to confirm the issue but didnt have the part. It then took another 3 weeks+ for the part to arrive and for it to be repaired. Other than the delay, the issue is compounded by really poor responses - long periods of no return emails or responses, often weeks at a time. More than 2 months for an emergency repair, I have no idea how long we would have had to wait if we hadnt agreed to pay more for the "emergency" option.
