Booking over phone was easy and communication throughout with the office 5 star. The driver found our address without drama , on time. He was very friendly and very helpful, giving that we had a problem with the tank , which wasn't a problem for him. 100% recommended and use again.

Informed by neighbours that my septic tank was overflowing, and being new to and ignorant of the correct procedure, I contacted CSG for any help or advise on they could offer.
To my amazement they arranged for an emergency call out (even though I was not under a contract or membership with them) you can only imagine my relief. The driver was with me in just a few hours, pumped all tanks out cleared the blockage causing the problem and tested the system was running freely. To CSG and driver George my wife and I cannot recommend you higher, you thoroughly deserve this 5 star rating, and will definitely be recommending you. P.S. I have now signed up with CSG for a annual maintenance and empty of the septic tank.

Always very pleased with the service we get from Ian…our usual tanker driver. This time we had a visit from Craig who was equally as friendly and efficient. He also helped us with information on a subject unrelated to the job and we were most grateful. A big👍👍

I have had good service for years. Pete is now retiring but Steve seems equally efficient. Also impressed with telephone service -no waiting in a lengthy queue - they seemed to know who I was immediately ! A very pleasing change after waiting to get through to other companies' call centres.
