Used CSG for the first time to empty my treatment tank , Martin done a good job cleaned the tank after being emptied, he rang me before arrival and was knowledgeable about the system, will definitely be using them again.

Each year we use CSG to empty our septic tank. Two same comments every year - excellent service from the driver: polite, considerate and efficient. The admin is always frustrating - you get an email to say a visit is planned, then one stating the date. No time identified, even when requested. I emailed to explain the times I would be available twice - no response or recognition it had been received. When the driver arrived he discovered my note, rang the office to ask if they had heard from me. On checking, they had, but not communicated to him, which meant he had to return later. Frustrating and a waste of his time.

I clearly detailed the small size of our lane and the requirement for a smaller tanker. This was noted and agreed.
However, a large tanker turned up. The driver (M Dyer - sorry didn't catch a first name) was excellent and didn't give up. He manoeuvred the vehicle very well and then did a first class job both in terms of thoroughness and cleanliness.
So, I'd give 5 stars without question for the actual service but will mark down to 4 for not taking note of the site and instructions. Overall, though a good result.

Just how a ‘service provider’ should be.
Offers a fair price, books a convenient collection date, communicates well, arrives on time, carries out work efficiently and professionally.
A great role model for other service providers to follow.
Oh, and the actual invoice amount was lower than the quote as the collection amount was less than estimated.

Thoroughly professional from start to finish. Very friendly operative with tanker and left the area clean and tidy. Details of the collection and disposal route were given by email showing compliance with waste regulations which was reassuring. I would not hesitate to use CSG Bristol again.
