This is an awful place to make a collection from. As a driver you are strictly forbidden to remain in your cab during loading or unloading. You must wait in a small noisy drivers room on uncomfortable chairs and forced to listen to other drivers road stories. Sometimes there isn't even a chair to sit on. If you ask for an update on how your load is getting on you are greeted with a shrug.

i am here at the warren depot in rugby, i have asked member of your staff for the use of toilet but i was denied or as we could say they tell you where it is but the door is locked and no one is willing to open it. Please remember toilet is an essential service that can not be refused for visitors and is against human rights . And thank you to promote the spread of covid 19
