High tech modern product with old school customer service! I bought a pair of guards for motorcycling back in 2022. They've been so much better than anything else I've tried; great fit and do the job really well.Unfortunately I lost a filter from one of them. They're the old style so I didn't think I'd get a replacement. Not so. When I called up, Richard not only said he could still supply me with a filter for them but he sent me a pair free of charge. Fantastic! Highly recommended.

As a swimmer with a hole in my ear drum I needed a customised earplug asap. Ash & Rich were extremely helpful both over the phone & in person, explaining the ordering/manufacturing process as well as answering all my questions. Mould taken on Monday & with their priority service I was able to collect my earplugs on Friday. The earplug is comfortable to wear & my ear is totally dry even after 2 hours in the water. Excellent customer service! Thanks very much for all your fantastic help.

Genuinely underwhelmed and disappointed with the product.

Bought the CF Ride headphones in black and chose the Bluetooth (additional £30) option as I have an iPhone and, from what I could read, their jacks don't fit them. I paid £35 for a home visit and an extra £20 for filters as well as an additional £60 for a single 8mm speakers. So, in total, they were £324 (or something very close). This is more than I have paid for any other earphones previously: I have Bose and B&O.

They arrived with a neckband (ie the Bluetooth option) which isn't something they show on the website. I am unsure as to why this is a good idea for when you have to put it under the back of your bike helmet as well as potentially under some form of snood or neck warmer? Itlooks, and feels, cheap. Part of this is the Bluetooth 'voice' of the system: it sounds cheap and cobbled together. An example of this is that it has two different voices: one for when it says 'Power on' and one for when it says 'Bluetooth mode'. I have listened to items bought by friend from the fake markets in both Bangkok and Beijing when they have come back from being on holiday and these earphones sound cheaper. (Also, the buttons controls are tiny and I am unsure as to how they are appropriate and fit for purpose when using motorbiking gloves?)

When I took the earphones out of the packet for only the second time today the bespoke moudling has already started to rip and fall apart. The small case that is sent with them is actually too small for the earphones with the neckband attached to fit inside so I am unsure as to its purpose for this particular product?

I am saddened to say that this is a very badly made - and designed - product. It is vastly overpriced - they are actually more expensive than my other earphones combined! I sincerely wish I knew what I was buying beforehand and had not wasted my money on these earphones. I strongly recommend not buying them based on the product provided to me.

More information: I had my home fitting for these on Feb 22 2025. It's now nearly August 2025 and I have yet to receive a fully working, functioning pair of earphones.

If you want to be frustrated and disappointed then please do order from this company. If not, then go elsewhere.

I can't thank Rich enough for his perseverance and customer care. I ordered set of CF Auto guards last August which duly arrived but weren't effective in terms of wind noise reduction. So Rich made new another set which were double dipped in lacquer but they were no better. So next he got one of his guys to do a home visit to take a second lot of impressions which resulted in much better noise reduction but the left one was very uncomfortable. So finally he made me of the CF IND ones without the extra part that fills out ear - success; noise reduction and comfort. Brilliant service. Many thanks.

I bought a pair of CF Dual Ear Plugs and a pair of Sleep Plugs for a recent trip to the French and Italian Alps.

The plugs worked superbly well on my trip, the temperature was between 26 and 30 most days and I found them very comfortable and efficient, plus they certainly reduced fatigued over long distances. I had also specced the lanyard which was a welcome addition when removing the helmet at stops etc.

I must also mention the sleep plugs! Wow: what a difference they made on the ferry crossing (and elsewhere) - they actually allowed me to get a decent nights sleep.

Custom Fit
Very Impressive sound for in and flush to the ear an an ideal piece of kit for short or long journeys. If you own the relevant hardware, beit Cardo bike comms and such like, then you will be missing out if you do not acquire, in place of helmet speakers, which are good but these are a brilliant replacement.
Rich, in the main office is a get things done and approachable man and a brilliant point of contact, ie - 3 years since buying them, they fixed a loose connection and only recently diagnosed a muffled sound issue which turned out to be ear wax build up..! Suffice to say, no charge and always available by phone or email

Brilliant experience, impressions taken at motorcycle live for a set of moulded earphones, quoted around 8 weeks for delivery.

Arrived this morning. Great fit, very good sound quality.

Filtering very good can still have a conversation with these in.

Emailed last week just to check in where the order was up to and received a prompt email letting me know they were due to be sent next week.

Very nice comfortable fit inside helmet, just need to take care when pulling your lid on so it doesn’t pull the head phone out of the ear plug.

Spec. CF ride, dual 7mm speakers with filters.
