Used CW recently to deal with three wasp nests but feel that their pricing structure is all wrong. We were quoted a price over the phone for the first nest and subsequent two nests but the reality was that nests two and three were only two meters away from the first nest. Though they agreed to waive the cost of nest three, we were charged £65 for spraying white powder into nests two and three, which only took an extra 5 minutes. Onsite for no more than 20 minutes and we paid £150. As they came to us straight after a job at another property 3 minutes away, feel that CW are not exactly providing what I would call good old fashioned customer service and fair pricing.

Very pleased with the service they came out on the same day to kill a wasp nest in the eaves good price. They also gave me good advice to use iron wool to block the hole and friendly.

Great Company to deal with. We had a wasps nest in our eaves, and they were with us within 4 hours. Not a lengthy process, but cured the problem for the agreed price. Nice people to deal with. I highly recommend

Absolutely delighted with this service and how promptly and efficiently they dealt with our problem. Thought we had wasps building a nest in our small garden but it turned out that it was Wild Honey Bees building a hive in a bush. They still had to go and Carl dealt with this so quickly - and cheerfully. No harm was done to the hive or bees and they were taken away for re-location in a cardboard box. All this completed within just a few hours of our phone call. A brilliant company and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Also a plus is that their price was fair and extremely competitive. This was a first experience ... rats in the loft, walls & drains.
Called four Pest Control businesses all of them answer machines except for CW Pest & Environmental Services. Not only did they answer they came round later that day.
I was told I had an infestation, after walking round the house being shown likely entry points I wasn't surprised.
Like all good stories it didn't end well for the baddies.
Just hope I don't see you again in a nice way !!

Really helpful and accommodating. We needed to get rid of a wasp nest in our eaves. Emailed a nationwide company but got no response. Phoned CW who answered immediately even though they were on holiday. Agreed to come the day they were back, and did. They used an extending pole to spray the flying wasps with poison that they would take into the nest and that solved the problem. Next day, no wasps. Really recommended highly.

Absolute waste of money came 4 times a never spent no more than 10 minutes maximum only stood halfway through loft hatch and threw 3 or 4 poison blocks about and left then just a check 2nd time 3rd time exactly same as first and 4th said there gone block up any holes you can get to each of these visits costing 85 pounds and 42.50 for last one and the problem is still there. The service they provided was rubbish to be honest unprofessional and something anyone of us could of done by buying poison ourselves opening the hatch and just throwing it. He also said I will come back for free anytime in the next 8 weeks if you hear them again. We got him back once he poked his head up and said not sure it was rats you heard and left again and the problem is still there definitely one of the worst services I've ever come across. We are now having to pay someone who makes a bit more effort stay clear
