Absolute disgusting place. Went to take stuff down there. Sorted out everything before hand to make things easier for everyone. I firstly donated stuff to the shop there. Then upon recycling items was told they don’t take car parts. Saying car parts mostly plastic in a tub which is recyclable. So what am I supposed to do with them if they won’t take them ? I like many pay council tax for a service to be able to dump waste. The attitude of the staff is awful with no people skills working upon these sites. Whitland site is a waste of time being part time and you have to work around their hours. CMW you need a serious overhaul of your system, working hours and staff.

Having used this site weekly for 4 years I was today shouted at by one of your workers , or should I say bad mannered worker, wearing a bobble hat, regarding My position of my car? Despite the fact there were cars parked in front of myself in queues with engines running, while they emptied their car boots with recycling etc. I was told by several people emptying their cars that I was the 3rd person this worker had shouted at in 20 minutes rudely. Not acceptable and I truly believe it was due to the fact I was a woman. Surely people using this recycling centre keep people like him in a job. I will never use this centre again, as I was extremely unwell when I drove home with high Blood Pressure due to the verbal Abuse I was subjected too.

Worst visit on Sunday, the staff member who I belive must be new as I have never seen him there before and the staff are usually lovely and friendly, this one obviously took an instant dislike to me, gave me the feeling it was because i was female, decided to empty my black back whilst making snide un friendly comments.
No idea of name, youngish small build with an almost mustache.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Still waiting on waste permits from last year. Lost count how many times I’ve called now. They don’t answer the phone or return calls for voicemails I have left. Absolute shambles

Nice and easy to sort out. No issues and lots of space. Although the signage for the place should be earlier as I went passed the entrance and had to turn around. Very busy roadway, but easily accessible for a lot of people due to the roadway
