Do not ever use this shop
This guy is a scam. He charged me £160 for repairing charging point of my iPhone 12, new battery and adapter. Later it turned out that, when I went into another shop, that my IPhone battery was never changed. It was original battery, the charging point was also never changed. The adapter cost only £20 in another repair shop. When I confronted this guy, he turned abusive and started to record our conversation on his mobile phone. He denied that he did something wrong. I plan to contact trading standards about his practice.

Hi don't understand how this place can have so many positive reviews. The guy is clearly incompetent and untrustworthy. I took in a phone that had a visualiser issue, but was in perfect physical shape. What I got back was a damaged phone with the wrong screen on. Not only was it the wrong screen, but the phone was covered in scratches and dents where he battled to get the screen off. Then it was put on skew and covered in glue. He then tried to hurriedly pop it in a case hoping I wouldn't realise. Please no not trust this man with your devices.

Absolutely appalling quality of repair and service!! I talked to "We Fix BCR" and agreed a repair, my wife took phone and went in here by accident. They pretended they knew about this and asked for price, took the repair, completely messed up the back of the phone and the screen was replaced. Within 3 weeks the screen looked like the photos, not dropped. Tried to take this back, got told we had dropped the phone and nothing wrong with work... Having worked with an HTC repair company in the past this should not happen to a phone screen within a few weeks and can only be down to shoddy workmanship. Terrible customer service, terrible repair, terrible shop... Please don't use and walk 30m down the road to "We Fix BCR" who have done a lovely job repairing the poorly repaired screen and bezel with genuine Huawei parts, you will be much happier with the result!

Should be zero! Guy messed up the phone after changing the battery! As you can see below the cable has come away. Also, the battery was not stuck in place. On discovering the touch button no longer worked he tried to blame me for ‘not updating’ my iPhone. It a good way to run a business! I won’t use again. Shambolic! This cost me an extra £60 on top of the £20 he charged me!

Called the shop got told 10 pounds for a clean of my ps4 and replacement of thermal paste. I ordered the paste and then got told 40 pounds. I was fine with it and he used a air duster to clean it which rusted out my ps4. I went to a better place and they said the PS4 rusted from the air duster and that it wasn't cleaned at all which makes sense since the overheating issue didn't get fixed. Also the thermal paste i ordered wasn't replaced. Couple months back this shop owner said he never cleaned a device like this and didn't offer a refund and return of the thermal paste so i assumed he did it and just said it's his first time. But turns out he just blew some air on it and got the 40 pounds whilst keeping the paste. The new place i went to fully fixed the issue and exposed this scammer.

The greatest support I could imagine. My pixel 6 died due to the wrong charger. I was advised to sell it as a parts, I've got everything separated and prepared to post on eBay. Amazing help and valuable advice, I can recommend to everyone!

I couldn’t recommend anyone else! Cyber services have fixed my phone multiple times over the years and my MacBook had a faulty screen so I took it straight there, the Mac would’ve cost me £850 to fix anywhere else but he managed to fix it for just £100. So thankful!
