Great company to deal with and they offer a fantastic service. So good to be able to park by bike securely in London. When there is a problem they deal with it right away - see below the scaffolding which was blocking the hanger, fixed within a couple of days after they chased the scaffolding company. Thanks Cyclehoop, keep up the good work.

Super straightforward and easy experience. We finally got off the waiting list and into our cycle hangar and the whole thing was incredibly reasonable and easy. It seems very well run and communications are clear. Very good value to keep your bike off the street/outside the house. Almost just a shame there aren't more of them as we were on the waitlist for some time.

I've used cyclehoop for nearly a year now and the hangars are great - Never had an issue. More than that, their customer service is incredibly receptive, always quick to respond and happy to help out. I've emailed a few times with various enquiries and looking for updates on new hangars being installed and subsequently looking to transfer and staff are always flexible and happy to help out. Hope they continue to expand across the country to support more sustainable transport options for all!

Great experience from signing up until having to deliver my keys back because selling the bike. Everything was very smooth and I got back my initial deposit and a pro rata refund for the rest of the year that i was not going to use the parking any more.

I’ve used the Cycle Hangar near Loughborough Junction station for two years without any issues. The subscription is reasonably priced, and the service is easy to use. Highly recommend!
