From signing the contract the system was installed in 8 days. Alot quicker than I expected.

Just a solar panel and battery storage system fitted. And have had fantastic service from Helen and the installation team Inc the electrician. Kept updated through out the process and any questions raised were answered promptly. Only had running for a day but already seeing my smart meter showing smaller amounts of energy used.

Helen has been helpful and professional throughout our solar panel and battery installation. We had a few niggles and she spent loads of time making sure the problems were resolved.

I would recommend them over all big national companies, with one of those we waited 9+ months for it to still not have a start date and be waiting on a refund for an unknown period. Cymru solar were able to arrange installation within weeks and provide a similar high quality system for the same price.

Helen was very responsive, and the solar installed very quickly, to a high standard and at a very competitive price. I’m over the moon that I’m mostly using my own electricity and even exporting to the grid. From the point of view of CO2/global warming but also financially its just great! Helen sent through the certificates immediately on completion, and I forwarded them to Octopus, so all set up within a day of receiving the certificates that Octopus needed. Cym Sol highly recommended!

We had three companies come round before we chose Cymru Solar this was down to equipment used, price and also a gut feeling that they new their stuff and they were going to do a decent job. Helen the principle Electrician of Cymru Solar has extensive knowledge of everything electrical, coupled with Sam who was the installation Engineer they made an experienced team. No problem was to great even when they came up against a strange design in our cavity. We were kept well informed every step of the way and the installation was neat and tidy. Cymru Solar use good quality panels and inverters and are all covered with a long warranty. We are very happy with the Solar panel installation, it is even exceeding the projected power output return. We also had the IBoost installed which is a remarkable saving if you have an immersion heater. It is great to see a well run family business who are interested in doing a good job and getting things right first time, we fully recommend Helen and her team at Cymru Solar.

I needed to have panels etc removed from my property due to finding out that the company that had fitted them a while back hadn't registered them for FiT which meant they were worthless, and due to selling the house my prospective buyer couldn't get a mortgage while they were on the roof. I rang Cymru Solar and spoke to Helen and she was so understanding. It took her less than a week to arrange for scaffolding and the team from Cymru Solar to come round and remove them. I am eternally grateful and recommend Cymru Solar to anyone. Thank you Helen x
