5 Stars are not enough for Cyrano, if I could award more I would! From Supplying my Beds, to their relamp service & taking care of my weekly Lotion orders, their service has been excellent. Every Staff member I have encountered have all been excellent too. Special mention to Mark & Andy for always being at the end of the phone in a crisis, as well as to Engineers Tiny & Dan who are so knowledgeable and efficient and a pleasure to have in the Salon.

Cyrano really do go above & beyond for their Customers & I feel very fortunate to have found myself such a wonderful Supplier, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The best decision I made, when opening my tanning salon, summer glow, was joining up with cyrano. The best company ever to work with, from the management team, especially Andy. The guys that install the beds, the girls in the office. Especially love the free training sessions from juli and jade, so informative.
I really do feel like part of a big family. This company really do care about their customers and our businesses

I have been a regular customer to Cyrano over the years purchasing the most state of the art lotions around. After using other company's in the past I must say Cyrano's service is one of a kind!! What an exceptional team they have. I am always greeted with a cheery and friendly voice down the end of the phone. I personally get all my Lotion help from the lovely Yasmin who keeps me updated on new lotions coming out to keep our salon refreshed with all new products, Yasmin also gives me all product knowledge needed to help sell the Lotions effectively - she really is an all rounder when it comes to customer service. The whole team are fantastic and I would advice any salons to contact them to get the best Lotions, prices, and service around. I refuse to use anyone else 🙂

W'eve used Cyrano for tubes and creams over the years and are very happy with their service. It's really difficult to find reputable tanning suppliers but Cyrano have been the most professional in our opinion.
