Sad to see the prices increasing approximately every 3 weeks without just cause. I'm aware of the cost of living increase we are all suffering but these prices have increased 3 times in less than 2 months.
I notice other customers are shopping around and I'm afraid I'm going to do the same. I've always been a loyal customer but I'm afraid that there's only so many times you can be kicked in the teeth.

Price increased yet again, totally unjustified as others are not doing the same. I can see a massive decline in customers happening and that's reflected in the angry reviews here.
We all know prices are going up but some places are increasing for sheer greed and not honestly reflecting price increases. Folks aren't stupid. There's almost a dozen other suppliers out there, ring around folks and do yourselves a huge favour.

It is most disappointing to leave a negative review for DFC Fuels. The service I received over many years from the business has been nothing less than excellence.
Unfortunately, their most recent increase in solid fuel prices persuaded me to change supplier.
I understand the overheads involved in running any business. However, I do consider that any business has a duty of loyalty to its customers.
Under the current financial situation, I suggest that a price match with competitors may possibly go a long way for DFC, but until I see it advertised on their website, I will not return.
Look around people, other suppliers are open to price negotiation.

We have used DFC FUELS for a number of years and always found them very helpful.

However today that had changed and we will be using a different company in future. We were on our last bag of Burnwell and had forgotten to re order.

We decided to drive over this morning to order 10 bags for delivery, but with us running low asked if we could take 2 of the 10 bags we bought today to
Last us until they could deliver on Friday.

We were rudely told no as it’s 10 bags for the delivery!
We were paying for 10 but just wanted 2 of those today so we didn’t go cold.

No compassion at all ! So we ending up having to buy 12 bags, but this will be the last time.

Have to agree with the vast majority of comments about the pricing. Some fuels here up almost FIFTY percent in the last few years. Absolutely no need other than greed. It’s cheaper buying fuel at petrol stations.

Been getting coal from here for quite a while but their prices are sadly getting out of control now. I have rung around and can currently get exactly the same 25kg Burnwell+ for £12 as opposed to their (just gone up AGAIN!!) £15.50. Shop around folks.

Go up
