I got David out to fit a new boiler. I was pleased with the work that he did. Since then I have to say I have been less impressed with his customer service. I have tried several times to contact him regarding the boiler and find that he does not return messages. I have now tried to contact him to discuss an issue with the boiler (lagging of outside pipe) and yet again he does not respond. I have also asked him to carry out my annual service, again no response. I would not recommend this company based on the poor customer service after the initial installation.

David carries out our annual gas safety checks in our campervans at Vintage VW Campers in Falkirk. His service is excellent and he really looks after his customers and therefore my customers. On top of that he's just a really decent guy! Totally recommend!
