DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE!!!!!!!! This establishment is HORRIBLY ran. First issue was they didn’t have accurate times of when open for business and took me a couple days to bring my clothes in for a dry, wash, and fold because owners were not there or didn’t get back to me. Second issue is the place is a completely disorganized array. The owners couldn’t even barely walk around without tripping or stumbling over the mess. Which is a huge fire hazard as well. I should’ve walked out when I seen that but I was on a business trip stay at the Sonesta and really needed my clothes washed to go to my next destination. They charged me $100+ for the service of one bag of clothes. Once I came to retrieve my items, I noticed there were 5+ items missing because I took pictures of what was being washed before hand. The owners were frantically looking around finding my clothing one by one as I started to get very upset because they tried to send me off without giving me all of my clothes. Mostly everything was retrieved but two shirts they didn’t give back to me and would not issue me a partial refund or accommodate THEIR mistake. After things started getting heated between the owner and I they threatened to call the cops ON ME because I demanded them to either find my shirts they said they didn’t have (or already gave me which was a lie) or give me a partial refund to cover the costs of the shirts. They were so rude and unprofessional I couldn’t stay to resolve the issue because I had to leave to catch a flight. DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE!!!!!! The owner said they don’t get much business now I see why because they’re next to TWO hotels that don’t offer wash & dry. Do better !

I have not yet used their dry cleaning services, but have had pants hemmed here. Very nicely done and I'd definitely go again!
