service was highly disappointing. He made significant mistakes and refused to take accountability, offering no apology and making numerous excuses to deflect responsibility for his failures as an electrician. He installed a 24/7 fan that never turns off, regardless of whether the light is on or off, and the fan itself was faulty—which, while understandable, highlighted poor communication and problem resolution on his part.

He consistently failed to keep his promises, missing appointments and requiring constant follow-up from me. After I reported him to the bank due to frustration, he finally reached out, but still offered no apology or accountability. I had to hire an emergency electrician to fix his mistakes and requested he cover the cost, but he completely deflected responsibility.

I trust the bank will make the right decision regarding my complaint. For anyone considering hiring him, my advice is to supervise his work closely, ensure all materials are new, and thoroughly check everything before he leaves. Be warned—his lack of professionalism and repeated no-shows were unacceptable. Hire him at your own risk. I am now trying to dispute the transaction with the bank!
