Was at the council, best I've ever seen for disabled parking, just a shame that they can't put social workers and occupational therapy in there too, it's like trying to find red rum

If you’re going park in the car park at the back it’s free traffic warden patrol all the time beware

Nice looking building, shame there is no air in it. Went to the Chairpersons meeting, the first room was too small so we had to go to a bigger room on the ground floor, which was nicer with big windows g, shame none where open. Well I tell a lie, one of the girls who works in that room opened the window, to which I said pity you didn't do that at the beginning. It was my first time there so I couldn't exactly do it myself.

The staff here are all so friendly,dealt with me right away today,also 2 wks ago a duty officer called Michelle helped me fill forms in,which as great as normally make mistakes,thank you all..wm

The staff are terrible, they speak to you like you as sub human because of the location you live. Shocking service and if NLC was a private company, I wouldn't use them.

Lovely new build... pity the Council can’t see fit to renovate existing, historical sites, instead of letting them become dilapidated, condemned, then demolished... paving the way for yet more unaffordable housing.
