Soŕry but I beg to differ I was treated perfectly from start to finish. Fully allowing me to customise a fire place to my likes. Then I got to choose when I wanted it installed. The guys did a great job explaing everything as they proceeded and I canny fault their work. Very happy with out come.

Excellent Service. We were given brochures in the showroom to take away and once we'd decided what we wanted, Mr Dunlop visited to ensure all would be ok/what work was needed. When the fireplace and surround was installed by him and his colleague, they were both extremely friendly and chatty and clearly knew their job - efficiently and expertly done, with a minimum of fuss or mess. They also cleaned up after themselves and explained everything as they went along.

Can't fault the installation at all - very pleased.

Got a quote and honestly, felt like they were trying to rip us off. Compared to other companies, their labour costs were triple what others quoted. I would not go any where near them!

Unfortunately when we went in today it appears that we were going to have to do everything. We would have to check the size of our lintel to see what size of fire we could have. We would have to place our harth and noone would come out to have a look unless we had already purchased the fireplace or paid a fee for someone to come out. I got the impression from the moment we walked in she didn't want the custom strangely. I was even told "I am not going to supply that information, I only supply the fires". I am afraid to say I would receive more information by going onto Google myself, I had seen 4 star reviews and wanted to keep it local, I find myself thinking why did I even bother?

We visited the show room and were treated with a friendly lady who was very professional and most helpful and went out of her way to show us what we were looking for and her guidance was so much appreciated We had two lovely men arrive three weeks later to instal our fire They were so helpful cheerful and made us instantly relax when the job was finished they had hoovered and you would not have known anyone had been in the house Thank you Danny and david for all your help and instructions and entertainment We would recommended this firm a lovely experience for us A&B Brooks

Awful. Felt like an inconvenience by walking through the door. Offered one of the five display options and told it would take weeks to get anything else in (obviously). Don’t waste your time visiting.

contacted them several times about a fireplace repair or replacement and several emails later over many weeks , they said they couldnt help ! pretty bad response. Not sure why they bother advertising for work !
