I used Danlec to install solar panels.
All the process was Smooth and with no stress.
I my opinion after installation a staff member should take a few minutes to explain how the APP works a bit better.
Also a few days later I notice that the roof felt was left with holes (it was a new one).
This situation should be checked before staff leave the house.
To be honest, don't know if I recommend this company.

OHME EV Charger fitted within a week of my order. Priced the same as Octopus but quicker and you deal directly with the fitter not via a sub contractor. Good neat installation and the units operation well explained and demonstrated. Highly recommend

Not much to say that hasn't already been said. Brilliant to deal with from start to finish. Quoting process is simple and straight forward, great communication by email and SMS followed by their Electrician arriving perfectly on time to carry out the job. Impressive installation by Jack who even went the extra mile to ensure brick dust cleaned away from the work area and everything that he installed wiped down before giving me a full run through of the Ohme app to get me set up. Great job everyone, thanks very much!

I needed a new EV charger installed, the sooner the better but no particular rush. I can't quite remember how I came across Danlec as I'd contacted a couple of firms through Facebook, a few through Checkatrade and had a referral option through my car dealer.

Daniel called and we had a chat about my requirements, he answered the couple of questions I had and provided an estimate on the spot which was very reasonable and competitive, followed up by excellent communication over email and text message.

I, of course, checked Trustpilot and Google reviews and was happy to see the overwhelmingly positive reviews. I was able to review and accept the quote online, which was followed up by a call to book a suitable time, fortunately for me Danlec were able to perform my installation the next day due to a cancellation.

I was asked to provide photographs and a short video of the installation site which is common for this type of work, this was done over whatsapp and only took a couple of minutes.

I was kept informed about expected arrival times with a text message on the day to confirm the team were on their way, they arrived precisely when they had been booked in and were in and out in around an hour. Power interruption was kept to a minimum.

The installation team were polite, happy to answer a few questions I had regarding positioning, demonstrated the equipment before leaving and left their working areas clean and tidy.

I received a follow-up call after the install to double check everything was satisfactory, was invoiced in good time and was able to pay online.

Superb service, quick, no fuss, exactly what I wanted.
