DO NOT GO HERE Disgusting andHorrifying Customer Service. I was there along with three other people this morning at their opening time 9 AM. I waited for 30 minutes and there was no one there I called. No one answered the phones. I returned at 12:45 PM. They were finally open. I walked in. No one acknowledged me until after a few minutes. The gentleman that was behind the counter, then came over and took my ticket. When he came over I asked him what time do they open because there were four of us waiting at opening time. He said that the machines were all wacky and that the times right now are going to be random that there is no Specific time for them to open. He also proceeded to say he really didn’t care about the time right now. I simply said Ok, You said everything I needed to hear. Seeing how he had absolutely no remorse for the fact that he had customers waiting on his business. Then he turned around and obtained my items, handed them to me and said what do I expect when I’m speaking to him with sarcasm. Mind you, his response was prior to me, saying what I said, and I simply said there was nothing further for me to say, as clearly he didn’t care about the customers. Then,he said he’s busy enough that he doesn’t care if customers come in or not and pointed to a pile of clothes thrown behind his counter.. I was trying to speak and he kept talking over me so I asked him if he could please stop talking over me so that I could speak. I told him that it was in good customer service and that when he’s telling a customer that he doesn’t care about them, it’s not good service. Then he again started yelling over me and then clapped his hands, walked away and told me to have a good day. I will definitely be reporting this further.

Tried for the first time. Will never use again. Very Rude Owner. This person does not belong dealing with customers. Just moved here and the cleaners in Charlotte North Carolina were much more professional. Never had to pay upfront. I don't understand why the cleaners here charge the same if I want something just pressed and not dry cleaned. My family owned a dry cleaning business for over 40 years so please don't tell me that you have to charge more for press only, never did this in all the years we were in business.

Extremely disappointed with this establishment. We dropped off a suit plus few dress shirts and told them we needed suit by Saturday. They said “no problem it’ll be ready by Saturday 4/13”. Told us to come between 12-1p yo pick up. We called at 10:30a (when it opens) to see if it was ready earlier. No answer . Showed up at noon and the come to find out the place is closed!!!
Door says 10:30a-3pm Saturday. Even 3 people showed and were surprised the place was closed. The issue is that we have a gala this evening and now my husband does not have a suit to wear. This is completely unacceptable. No notice, no call, nothing to notify why they’re are closed.
This is not how you manage a business. We will be asking for a refund and hope the owner makes good on that. This really put us in a terrible spot.

**Update - you can see by their response to this review and others that they refuse to take responsibility for anything!! All they do is try to intimidate or insult. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER!! They insinuate in their response to me that my review is a scam - I've added photos that clearly show their tag to the top they ruined and the safety pins that have left holes in my shorts.
They ruined a St. John Knits top- it was returned with discoloration. I had laid the top out when I took it in as there was a tag with special instructions that I brought to the attention of the employee. Any damage to the top would have been noticed while it was laid out. I took the top back in and was told it was “my word against hers.” I also had 3 pairs of Michael Kors shorts ruined by the safety pins they used to attach the shorts to the hangers- the pins left noticeable holes. She admitted to this but said that I could have asked for an alternate method- I am a new customer and would not have known to ask for this.
I have tried calling to talk to the manager/owner but cannot get through. I have also sent an email to the address listed on their website. This is a terrible way to do business.

If you consider your wardrobe to be an investment and want it cared for as such, You will be in good hands with this hidden gem in Port Saint Lucie. A truly refreshing experience different from any dry cleaning establishment I've experienced in Florida.
The First thing you will probably notice about this place is the less than flashy store front. You can see all the operations from in front of the counter the second you walk in the store. Quite often in the
dry cleaning industry, you are lulled into a false sense of security by a very fancy store front and a wall which separates you from the slightest indication that work is being done at the facility. But that's not Darwin. Jack and his wife own and operate this store and proudly show off the attention to detail they put in every garment, in house, everyday.
Customer service was definitely a defining characteristic of Darwin from start to finish. I am not the best planner overall, so I found them online and decided to see if they could have my two suits ready for an event the next day. It was around two in the afternoon and I wasn't very hopeful. But to my surprise,I was assured that I could pick up my clothes by noon the next day. Yes I would have to pay a rush charge, but it was indeed an option. He also let me know that in the future, I could avoid the rush charge by getting my clothes in by 10AM and that I would be able to pick them up by five that same day. When I went to pick up my clothes at 11:45 the next day, my phone started ringing as I walked in the door. They we're calling me to let me know I could pick up my clothes. Truly an amazing turn around time with awesome customer service!
As for the results, Truly perfect. I will let them speak for themselves in the pictures I attach...
They turned me into a lifetime customer with a quality experience, Start to finish.

DON'T GO HERE!!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!!
I wish I could give 0 stars - the disrespect I received was DISGUSTING & APPALLING.
Not only was one of my pieces STILL VERY DIRTY (as you will see in the attached pictures), but the staff was EXTREMELY RUDE & unhelpful.
After dropping my clothes off, I was informed that they would be ready the next Tuesday. When I went back the next THURSDAY I went at 9 am and no one was there, the door was locked although THEIR SIGN says they open at 8:30, so that was a waste of my time and gas. (Another lady was also trying to drop her clothes off, she even called their number and their was no answer).
I went back around 11 am and someone was FINALLY there. When I gave them my name, they said my clothes were not ready "because of an issue with their broiler on Wednesday". Although this didn't make any sense because my clothes should have been ready on TUESDAY, I said I'd come back. (Another waste of my time and gas).
I returned a couple days later. Upon returning, I paid, got my clothes and started to walk out. Something told me to check my clothes before I left. When I started to take the clothes out to check, THEN the lady in front started to say "I'm so sorry but there are some stains that I wasn't able to get out". So I asked "why didn't you tell me before I started to walk out or call me before I came?" She starts getting frazzled and says "we can't guarantee to get out every stain, its on our sign", and starts giving me all these excuses. After that, I asked how much did they charge for each piece of clothing. She says to me "I'm not sure, I don't know how much he charged you. I know that this piece is more, and your total was $45, so you can just do the math and figure it out". I said "how can i figure it out, if one costs more than the other?" After that she made up some numbers and told me. In my head I'm thinking, how does she not know what the prices are But I left it alone, I said "ok", and so she started to walk away to work on something else. Of course, I'm displeased because I feel like I've just spent almost $50 WITH NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT. After she leaves, I was looking for a sign in the shop that says "no guarantee" and so she came back to ask if everything is ok.
At this point, a man from the back comes up and steps in. He starts raising his voice at me saying "WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? WHAT DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND? ANY DRY CLEANERS YOU GO TO WILL BE THE SAME! This is when I was REALLY APPALLED. I said "sir, why are you yelling at me? I was asking a simple question." He says "YOU'VE BEEN ARGUING WITH HER FOR OVER 15 MINUTES". At this point, I'm like, this guy is really crazy because I haven't been in here for that long and we were definitely not arguing. So I just decided to leave it at that; as i started picking up my things to go, I asked him what his name was. He says to me "HAVE A GOOD DAY" and stormed away.
THIS PLACE IS UNRELIABLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR GAS. There are THREE other cleaners in close proximity - GO THERE INSTEAD!!!!!

I took a grown to them about a year ago and my dress still looked dirty, I just figured the stains couldn’t be removed because it was a white dress. That was over a year ago. Fast forward to today and I just machine washed my dress and it came out flawless. These people charge you and don’t even perform the service they charge for.
