So from the start Tom from day1 was amazing we told him we were having troubles with EE and he investigated and found out we were being routed to the wrong telephone exchange he made sure that was sorted right away and spent alot of man hours fixing the issues. he has been with us from the start of the switch and has also been in touch since the switch to ensure all is well. Our Internet speeds have doubled and our line is now stable as compared with EE I highly recommend this services to anyone thanks alot.
