Shane is a honest and thorough mechanic. He charged me 1/4 the price for a diagnostic compared to a competitor up the street (Jacobs Service Center). He spent time with my newly purchased Cadillac to review it in detail, provided a competitively priced and easy to understand quote and even took the time to show me what he observed while the car was still on the lift.

I decided not to do the repair due to my personal budget but will likely return to him to do so once my financial situation improves and would be bringing my other vehicles here without hesitation.

QUALITY AND EFFICIENCY!
My husband was having issues with his truck for a little over a month and we took it to SEVERAL different shops, and almost every shop required us to pay a diagnostic; we kept paying for these diagnostics, and no one seemed to find the issue.
We then found Shane and he got us in quickly, did a very thorough diagnostic, Shane explained everything to us, his quote was the best price we could have asked for, he and went above and beyond to find any and everything he could to properly diagnose the issue! We then left it with him to get the work done and my husbands truck works GREAT!
Shane IS your guy if you want quality work done and efficiency! His staff is also very professional and knowledgeable! We WILL be going back to Shane in the future for sure!

While in my car, he fixed two items I did not know were broken and charged me pennies (literally). Also steam cleaned my engine as an added perk. I took her car to Shane for 2nd opinion and thankfully, Shane found it wasn't the transmission and was able to get her car fixed the same day. I brought my 2015 Jeep grand Cherokee here after 2 other mechanics (the Jeep dealership being one of them) had seen it and were unable to find the problem. I explained to Shane that I had been unable to pass my emissions test and therefore couldn't renew my registration. He seemed to be knowledgeable and I felt good leaving my car with him. When it was ready 3 days later (I told him I was not in a rush) I went to get it. He replaced two components in the evap system, and saved the bad pieces to show me he had replaced them, and topped off my Freon. Not only that though, he took my car to get the emissions test to make sure it passed and it did!!! Who does that?!? That is so above and beyond in my opinion. All of that for $500.00. What a good, honest dude! I found my new mechanic.
