STAY AWAY THIS COMPANY!
They received my products from the manufacturer and theu did not want to accept Alibaba payment then immediatly they increased the invoice amount. I made payment to their own bank account and as soon as I made whole DDP Air freight they disappeared and no answering my messages. They received my products and money then disappeared. I have been waiting for 70days and lost my hope. Stay far far far away from this company!!!

appalling customer ‘service’ that is a perfect reference for how not to do it, we’ve spent tens of thousands of pounds with DCG to receive emails from them with bad attitude and zero consideration for customer relations. Avoid the stress and high charges and STAY AWAY as we certainly shall from now onwards

Stay away from this logistics company. Not transparent and invoice inflated from China. You are better off dealing with other freight forwarders or shipping by Air if you want to save money. UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF.

They inflate invoice and have no real explanation for it.

We would not recommend DCG Logistics. They have zero customer service. Their telephone system does not work. Their staff member had an incorrect phone number on the base of the email wasn't a number. Stay well away.
