Very disappointed with Dee Bee Hull, Just visited moments ago and told i cannot purchase simple items like Toilet Roll, even though there was pallets of toilet roll stacked up in the storage area. The notice on the door states two packs per customer which is totally understandable given the current climate, I only wanted one pack. I spoke to the very arrogant manager who clearly needs to be put on a communication training course. His words to me was "they are reserved for our big customers" - Yes that was his words.. As a company owner who is based on Sutton fields industrial estate and employs 12 full time staff who i may add has supported Dee Bee's since they reopened i find his words very disappointing. I won't be doing any more business with Dee-Bees in the future, that manager has clearly got his reasons for reserving toilet roll for other people £s. I would say to Dee Bees don't put all your eggs in one basket with bigger businesses its us small business who employ 2-20 staff that are the back bone of business. I personally would rather have 50 small businesses i supply then a couple of big ones who could pull the plug. Also i would recommend you invest in training your managers in store, All the other Staff at Dee Bees Hull are so approachable and polite.
