Highly disappointed.
I’ve tried contacting Deeks electricals since December 2024 on several occasions (during their opening hours) but no one ever answered the phone and the answerphone tells you send an email (if digitally excluded, that might be tricky).
Around 18th January 2025, I finally was able to speak to someone (I explained how difficult it was to speak to someone ; at least for advice/guidance me through the process) who advised that I email them pictures of possible location for my Ev charger and location of the fuse box; which I did.
Never heard back from Deeks.
I went to their office and was able to speak to their staff member (via the intercom) who asked if I emailed them and I confirmed that I did. The staff member said they will look into it and I will be contacted.
Unfortunately, till date no contact from Deeks.
I finally contacted a company in London, who talked me through the whole process, did a site visit, ordered the charger and completed installation; all within a week.
Whilst I appreciate that Deeks may be busy, it would have been good practice to manage the expectations of potential customers, to let them know you can’t render your service to them instead of wasting their time hoping you would contact them.
Will definitely not recommend.

Led by James, an excellent job. Installation of Tesla EV charging unit. Installation governed by Tesla. James used their newly updated app to make everything work.

The solar PV system installed by Deeks for our club comprises 54 solar panels with a design annual yield of nearly 17,000kWh and batteries with storage capacity of 11.6kWh. The panels were installed on 3 sides of the 20 degree pitch hip roof. The installation was completed in November 2023 and has since operated reliably, with a daily yield (in March) of up to 60kWh.
The installation team, led by Ryan, and under the overall supervision of Luke, were efficient, tidy and helpful. Our club are very happy to recommend Deeks as a high quality solar PV installer.

The team arrived on time and were very professional and helpful. The main person, Luke, took time to explain what they needed to do, how they would do it, and asked if I had any questions or concerns about their suggested plan. Fully setup the unit and provided a tutorial of the management app. And an added bonus they left everything tidier than when they arrived! Highly recommend.
