Del was great.
He was recommended to me by Stephen at total plumbing Tenby. I had just moved to the area and a lot was unknown about the boiler and unfortunately, we had a planned power cut the morning he was due to visit.
He managed to schedule me in the following week where he was able to diagnose the issue and got me booked in a few days later to repair.

He hasn’t disappointed at all.
If I had to list only 1 constructive critic, it would be the lack of communication as I did have to chase to get booked in however, it was never an issue and always answered the phone.

I asked Del for the price of a Hive thermostat system on a weekend, not expecting an answer until Monday. Del responded within 30 minutes, with a price that was far cheaper than expected.
An appointment was made to our convenience and Del came to fit it, with his usual professionalism. He also offered great advice as to how to get the best out of the system.
Without any hesitation, we’d recommend Del to anyone.

I was really stuck as I had no hot water from my boiler and was expecting guests to my home. A friend suggested Del Brace plumbing as she had used them and said they were excellent. Within 15 minutes of ringing Del he was at my house. He established that my pump was faulty. He rang to try and find a replacement and as none were available he ordered one to come the next day. As soon as it came he came to my house and replaced my pump. This was out of his working hours but because of my situation he put me first. I cannot speak highly enough of Del ; his professional attitude, his understanding and friendly manner. Without doubt i would highly recommend and if I have a problem will use him again.

So pleased we booked Del Brass plumbing and heating and they were ultimately professional right for me off and continued to be so throughout and after that the service. The team who turned up with lovely professional and polite and I would definitely use them again. The job was done thoroughly, and Jerome went above and beyond with repairing faulty sink (Which was great because he was only there to install a new tap!) Best I’ve used in Tenby & can’t recommend enough.

On Friday last I found my kitchen flooded with water. Rang Dell who guided me on how to turn the water off.
14 minutes later one of his engineers arrived. Very quickly diagnosed the problem and fitted new joints.
Even offered to help me clear the considerable mess.
You can't beat service like that. Many thanks.
