I’ve had an awful experience with Delta Gas and Power. Despite honoring my contract and paying all my bills, they repeatedly rejected my attempts to switch providers. Their customer service is atrocious—nothing but a bunch of heinous liars who break promises and give excuses. What’s worse, they tried to charge me for energy that wasn’t even being generated. It’s beyond frustrating! If you value your time and money, avoid this company at all costs. Truly the worst energy provider I’ve ever dealt with!

I get called by this company everyday trying to sell me gas and electric for about 2 or 3 years. (there not getting bored using call centers from India) every time I tell them we don't pay direct its thought the landlord please take me off your system. They always say I will removed you from our system them later on that day they call again.
but still they call every day. Sometimes there really polite and sometimes they hang up while I'm talking. its getting dull

If i could give 1 star i would. i get up to 5 calls a day from this compnay and as the previous reviewer said they say they will take us off their spam phone list but don't. So much of my day is wasted due to Delta.
