The quote and installation process was brilliant. Electricians on site were fantastic and very polite. But why does it take nearly 10 months to receive the invoice, even after multiple prompts on the telephone. Surely its the easiest part of the job to do. It is unfair on customers who expect to pay at the time of the work but may be in differing financial circumstances some considerable time after. It shouldn't be the customers job to follow up for their invoice.

Delve saved us - the electrician we’d approached let us down last minute for a time-sensitive job, and after calling Delve they sent someone round within just four days. (I’d been trying to get our electrician to commit to a date for six weeks!) Dave came on time and did a fantastic job in no time at all. We have a few more jobs that need doing and will definitely be using them again. I only wish we’d approached them in the first place, I can’t recommend them highly enough...!

Today i had reason to summon the assistance of a professional electrician to rectify a domestic interior lighting issue at home, i first spoke to Diane in the office at Delve ,her manner and customer care was indeed without fault, as a result of my initial approach to Diane i asked Delve to assist with my lighting issue, within twenty four hours a well mannered and highly efficient young man arrived at my home and rectified my problem within minutes . For Delve this was just a simple task to complete however for someone with no electrical experience the task would have been somewhat different and of course perhaps dangerous so to call out Delve was certainly my answer and what a fantastic service, thank you so much or your customer care and professional manner.
