My daughter had her brace fitting today with Bilal and Abi. They carried the fitting out with care and explained what they were doing as we went along. They were also very considerate with how uncomfortable it was for her.
They took the time to discuss how to best care for the brace moving forward.

There are some lovely staff here but customer service generally is awful. Appointments cancelled at short notice or booked in but dentist not there when we've turned up. Very few appointment slots with the orthodontist so impossible to ever change an appointment and often have to take an appointment weeks after a visit is due even when booking far in advance. Go elsewhere if you have the option.

The service was exceptional. During my filling, the staff regularly checked in to see if I was in any pain. When I was, they promptly provided more pain relief and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure.

I can confidently say out of the four dentists I have used throughout my life that Marlborough have given me the best experience, I cannot thank Anjana and Yazhini enough. I recently went for a check up and they were kind, considerate and took the time to let me settle into the dentist and discuss my options and treatments, I since went back for a scalling & polish which I have never received before and they were excellent. I then went again today for three fillings which felt daunting but I went into this at ease knowing I had Anjana & Yazhini providing this service for me. They were extremely kind , considerate and took their time with me during the procedure, I previously put off going to the dentist due to fear but I am so relieved to have had such a great experience at Marlborough dental care. I look forward to my next check up in six months. Thankyou, Chris.

Went to see the dentist because of toothache, she looked in my mouth for about 10 seconds and said that she can’t take it out because it’s a wisdom tooth then said it can be done if I pay £500 or I’ll have to wait up to 12 months for an NHS appointment. Charge me £27.50.For this then referred me to see the hygienist another £60 then review appointment after another £27.50. I’m £100 down still have tooth ache and on a 12 month waiting list, how is this helping people. It feels to me like there just want your money for as little work as possible. It’s just 1 big joke

She is a very caring dentist with a friendly communicative persona and a recent filling was the most pain free ever! Isobelle & Jes are a pleasure to deal with on the reception desk. Thank you all.
