Dave at Derwent Gas has been absolutely brilliant. I recently moved into a new house which had an outdated boiler and radiators with non functioning thermostats. Dave installed a new boiler at a fraction of the cost quoted by Btitish Gas, but he also changed my rads as well as moving them from outside walls. He has also been very helpful when I needed to find different contacts for other works to be done as I am new to the area. He has even helped me out as an emergency plumber when I needed one. I can't ding his praises enough.

Dave came and serviced our boiler. Where other gas engineers had failed to even turn up, Dave was polite, communicated a delay in arrival to us (only 10 minutes due to traffic) and was ultra friendly from start to finish. Doing what he said he would do!

I've seen a family friend who is a gas engineer service our boiler in a previous house before (ultra thorough). Dave was on a par with this level of thoroughness and additionally is a former British Gas engineer and is Gas Safe registered.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dave, politeness, courtesy and knowledge in one guy. 5*
