After reading the reviews about this company, I went ahead and booked a no obligation quote.
I was honestly so impressed from start to finish, my boiler was on its last legs but Matt was really helpful on the call. Not a pushy salesman, gave me all the information, costings and options for finance with honesty so easy to deal with.
Paperwork came through and again easy to read with all the correct information we had discussed.

Got booked in and 3 weeks later Tom and Ollie fitted it they were on time, no fuss, super efficient and really helpful.

From the beginning I was most impressed and reassured in having a video session with Matt Bird about a potential new boiler for my house and he was able very quickly to assess through various checks the best solution. Having an in house finance company on board also facilitated everything for me and then having Ben Hubbard install - almost like an intricate surgery! 🙏 - a new boiler for me was a great and reassuring experience. He was professional and incredibly gifted and did an amazing job! I’m very grateful for the much improved heating capacity and quality! Thank you all!

I would highly recommend Devon Heating Services. Great company to deal with from start to finish. We had a new boiler installed in October 2024. The advice given was very informative and helpful. We had no heating or hot water due to our very old boiler dying on us. Brilliant service from Devon Heating team. They were a pleasure to have over as they treated our house very respectfully and tidied up so well after themselves. Matt and Krissie were really helpful before the installation - I felt no pressure to buy the boiler from them but they reassured me with answers to my questions regarding the process of replacing the boiler and the guarantee etc. Tom and Owen were the engineers who fitted it on the agreed day and they were lovely. They worked very professionally and neatly. Tom explained the process clearly so that we knew what was happening during the day. Matt came by in the afternoon to check everything was okay which I really appreciated as he had been my first point of contact with the company. They didn't leave until all the radiators were working well and all the air was out of the system. I'm very glad to have chosen them to replace my old boiler as it was very seamless and stress free. They are a trustworthy team and I fully recommend their services. Thank you to them all.

I can not express enough how outstanding this company is !!!
From the moment I contacted them right through to the boiler being fitted they have been so proffesional, excellent wotlrk carried out,Matt and the Engineer Ben have been amazing in getting me back with hot water and heating after my boiler died on Saturday.
I'm just so impressed.
Rang them Monday,survey carried out via video,new boiler fitted Thursday,my home was also left immaculate.

I would highly recommend Devon Heating Services. There was an issue with the burner in my boiler which ended up being a larger problem. They were really helpful in explaining to me what the issue was and the best options I had in order to proceed to ensure my heating could be switched on as quickly as possible. Matt was incredibly kind at sourcing a new boiler for me at short notice and Tom kindly came and fit it the next day and was great with my young boys who were very inquisitive about what he was up to. Krissie in the office was wonderful and kept me informed at all stages during the process as there were a lot of back and forth phone calls to resolve the problem. I can't thank them enough for making sure that we had our heating back on as soon as possible.

Excellent service throughout. My combi boiler broke down and British gas condemned it fri. Matt true to his word got a Excellent guy out on a Sunday and installed a new boiler Excellent workmanship very polite. Definitely would recommend 👌
