The whole team at this branch are brilliantly efficient and effortlessly process waiting customers. From the management down to floor staff. HGV delivery. Brilliant staff, quick tip this time. Just be mindful the gateway is clear when you go to pull in the yard as today a wagon was blocking the entrance and it’s a busy road to reverse on as I found out!

When you’re done you can exit to the left (if Blythe road has roadworks or is closed), gated industrial area open during day time that has plenty of turning spaces

The black gate you go through immediately after turning left belongs to the company opposite

The Customer Service is WORST! Esspecially in the cigarette unit few people (male) are very rude. You need to change your staff. Also no one working there has any idea of where the stuff is. Whenever i ask to any one they are too rude and pathetic!! Idiots
