The entry price would be reasonable if everything worked. None of the water jets worked, the tipping buckets or the jacuzzi jets so there wasn't much to do for the younger kids and they quickly got bored. The place was also dirty and needed a deep clean as black mould was visible.
The cafeteria was fairly priced, and the staff pleasant. Next to the cafeteria is a large play area for kids.
I would recommend waiting until the problems are fixed before going.

Been before, it’s a good little pool to bring the kids to.. 2 stars though because good luck booking it. You have to turn up and hope for the best - website doesn’t let you book, takes you to an app. App requires a sign up with a monthly direct debit to create and account. Then when you ring the reception.. rang 7 times today, no answer.

Brilliant little pool for kids of all ages, could do with a deep clean in the changing room and small pools. There was only two family changing rooms and one disabled so we found this a little difficult as a family of five with children with extra needs. The soft play could really do with a good clean but was fab for the kids whilst we queued.

The pool and changing area is in very poor condition, changing area smells like it’s been cleaned with dirty mops for years (smell of urine) and the pool has no clean grout in it. A real shame and an embarrassment for a municipal facility we all pay tax towards.

The stairs up to the slide have thick mould rusty deposits which drip on people in the queue up the stairs - very unpleasant

The viewing area to the gymnastic hall is so dirty you can barely see through it.

This would be a great leisure centre if it was kept on top of

The football pitches are so so expensive for a Astro pitch that isn’t even the highest quality. Over 30 pound an hour each person is absurd! It should be way cheaper especially for kids who want there dreams to come true.

This is the worst swimming experience I have ever been in the pool has no area to actually swim as its more suited to toddlers and 3 r Yr old. It's packed like sardines in a tina nd is genrally unpleasant the only way to get into any sort of water even as deep as bath is to fo into rapid area which is also small but the lofe guards are miserable and like security asking litrally every child to do a swim test in water not possible to show true potential of strength and abilty to swim whilst also trying to dodge the amount of ppl in there way in the shallowness water and it doesn't matter how well they do they fail almost every child based on there breast stroke and they actually get enjoyment out of embarrassing 9 and even 11 year olds by telling them either wear arm bands or no rapids meaning mithey have the to stand in the smallest shallowness of the ti iest toddler pool ever where there is no way of even swimng its for babies. How these rapids require breast stroke as Well as front crawl aswell I will never know butlins is on a whole other level and my kids both coped with this without armbands. If they all ahev armbands what is the point of the life guards even being there ? Malvern splash waves is more than this and when my daughter was 3 she never had any issues with this. And to completley take the parents responsibility away of supervising our own children round the rapids is obsurd. My son has sensory problems and has never wore and arm band in his life and at 9 yrs old and can swim it was ridiculous to ask him when there was two parents and a older sister in there too.
Have to pay for hair dryer
Have to pay for parking most other pools offer these facility for free. On top of this lockers 50p each and u dnt get the money back other swimming pools also offer this facility for free.
Smallest pool veer ridiculous obsurd rigid rules about arm bands on a level of ridiculous and arrogant rude life guards getting enjoyment out of being arm band patrol security instead if actually working about watching kids swim without an armband.

Lovely receptionist who made my booking and the kind supervisor who did refund me only for myself and my son but I still lost £18 for my 6 Yr old partner and 13 Yr old.
We litrally got out the pool 15 mins in as my 9 year old neero diverse child quickly disregulated after being told to stay in a baby bit of water becauee he would not put the armbands on and why should he he can swim and his muma nd step dad and big sister were there to support him round not that I think he even needed support to swim round it anyway like I said butlins is 10 times this level of rapid if u can even call it a rapid. Lost 18 pound to basically get irritated and get out and shower then lost 1.90 on car park for 30 mins and lost 1 pound in parking.
NOT A GOOD POOL packed like sardines in a tin.

Dimensions gym (not pool)
Staff are always very friendly, approachable and helpful. The gym is a good size, loads of equipment, good high ceiling so seems less claustrophobic than most. Good temperature. Only thing missing is a pec deck. Never as busy as other gyms in stoke areas. Left Jubilee 2 because of the overcrowding. Only bad things are that they always play loud dance music, this is OK for younger members but not for all ages that go there, I find it really irritating. Most people where earphones anyway so please put neutral pop music on. Could do with individual shower cubicles, hate shared showers. Definitely my favorite gym locally, and great price. New horizon swimming is in with their membership too.

Visited for the 1st time and you know its kind of small but for the price its good value.
Got a decent slide and also a rapids and the kids enjoyed it, it was a cheap few hours compared to places like Waterworld.
Worn the little man out anyhow 😆
