This company has a stall at this years Harrogate Christmas Market. My mum had gone up to the stall to see what was on sale (as she was Christmas shopping for jewellery)… when she realised exactly what the product was (and how she is not in the market for this particular item) she went to walk away only to receive a mouthful of abuse from the man running the stall. This man shouted at her saying “You people up north are so rude, you don’t want to hear about what I have to say about my products, so so rude!!!”. Left my mum absolutely speechless. Disgusting way to behave to an innocent shopper and make a stranger feel so uncomfortable and upset. I felt like going back today and demanding an apology from him. So unfair to treat people this way. Sort yourselves out, truly unacceptable.

My wife got bullied into buying this today I went to them when my wife got upset the fact that she got forced to purchase the bracelet, because she’s a disabled, vulnerable person. He asked if we could be refunded and he said no sorry. I’m not happy and will be taken it further. I have emailed them and got nothing back.

I bought a bracelet from Dionic energy a couple of weeks ago & have been so impressed with it. I had bad arthritis in my knee & feet. Within a couple of days the pain had improved immensely. I am very impressed & have recommended these products to my friends & neighbours
