My air pump failed after running constantly for over 4 years. I phoned Direct Drainage and the call was answered promptly.
I gave the employee all the I D.and the correct spare parts were quickly identified..
For a small extra charge the spares arrived at my premises the next day and within 20 minutes the pump was running again.
Direct Drainage has an excellent ordering system and at a reasonable price.

My order arrived on time and delivered by an extremely courteous and helpful driver.
I wish that I had ordered all my other drainage from Direct, no delivery after 9 days from Drainage Superstore despite being quoted 5-7 days. I ended cancelling the order and got next day delivery from Rupipe in Godalming. Thank you Direct Drainage and Rupipe.
