Avoid . Ordered an item that showed as in stock. Paid extra for next day delivery. Almost 5 days later still waiting. Read the other reviews. They all pretty much say the same thing. Wish I had read them before parting with my money.

Very poor experience, in line with some recent reviews. Extremely rude guys to talk to. Rich - no sense of customer service. Misleading information at point of sale- Delhi view by saying 24 hours dispatch - It’s Not. I called to clarify when I hadn’t received my item three days after ordering and was told that it is 1 to 4 days to dispatch, and then once it is dispatched, it is next day delivery. Four days, hence I still haven’t received my item.!! No response to emails. When I called-all I got was attitude from Rich. The guy basically said he had nothing to do with the delivery. Shambles,
Placed an order on Friday before midday and paid extra for 24 hour delivery as item was shown in stock.
Received confirmation email etc and waited for delivery.
Monday evening; having received no despatch information or tracking number etc I emailed DTS to find out where my item was

Tuesday morning; received a reply…….. Order cancelled and refunded due to a stock ā€˜discrepancy’.

Look elsewhere for your electrical goods. Clearly DTS have no idea about customer service/support and don’t understand that a customer needs something urgently when paying extra for fast delivery.
At the very least I would have expected a phone call or email on Friday when the order was placed explaining the problem so as the item could be purchased from an alternative supplier.

I ordered a light from here and the service was quick.Sadly a part of the light was damaged in transit.I contacted the company who were hugely apologetic and send a replacement piece. Great prices and great service special mention to Jordan for sorting the replacement out.I would definitely use this company again .

Ordered an EV Charger for Next Day delivery and received a despatch note, however, DPD haven't seen the item yet (following day) so now it will be impossible to receive it Next Day. There should be a law to stop online suppliers issuing despatch notes with delivery companies such as DPD when they have no intention of dispatching it that day. Received the DPD delivery notification early morning and the Next Day DPD still don't have the parcel. Obviously companies that do this are not decent reputable companies. They took my money extremely quickly though, funny that! I will just contact my credit card company who will put a block on them and return my money.

As others have already said, I don’t recommend using this company and should have checked reviews before purchasing an order that’s still not arrived after an entire week and phone calls to get updates. As a small business this has a knock on effect and has messed my week up and I have now had to apologise to my client twice and rescheduled three times as well as reschedule the rest of my jobs. no updates for my ā€˜delayed parcel’ no communication and wouldn’t even rate the customer service on the other end of the phone. After having to call them myself and ask what the issue is with my parcel their reply was ā€˜there is a problem at the manufactures & it will might be with us today and will probably be dispatched tomorrow’ so to me all that’s happened is I’ve rang them and reminded them to send me my parcel & if there was a manufacturing issue why did I have to call to find that out, only takes a quick email to update your customers on delayed service. Unprofessional service all around.

Should have checked reviews first. Places a large order yesterday and no items listed as out of stock - even changed what I was ordering to ensure everything was in stock. Then this morning I have received an email thanking me for my order and saying everything will leave from their main distribution center once complete…in mid July!
