Excellent service they were prompt to organise pick up of my car, take it away and repair it within one week. Provided courtesy car whilst mine was in the repair shop and always answered the ‘phone (unlike some Insurance Companies and other organisations I could mention) none of that press 1 for this, press 2 for that nonsense; just good old fashioned courtesy and pleasant professionalism. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again - bravo!

An impressive repair of my Panda after damage in a local car park. Two new doors fitted without delay and the car returned to me cleaned throughout and polished. All very professional and easy to use apart from the phone calls and being asked security questions from an undisclosed caller which seems strange in this day and age and relies on our trust that it's not a scam call. The work was carried out apart from fixing of number plate which keeps falling off. We had advised of this problem but heard nothing back

very good service from initial telephone contact and the excellent service continued when my vehicle was picked up , courtesy car left and the repairs were carried out very quickly ( despite the bank Holiday weekend ) My car was returned looking brand new. I was totally satisfied with the service from this company.
