Just watching Scam Interceptors on BBC so people should be aware they're mis-selling products (scamming) and watch this programme before they part with their hard earned cash.... seems like 1 star is too generous a review based on what I'm watching. Lowlifes.

This company has just been mentioned on BBC "Scam Interceptors" as being behind the scamming of people by mis-selling phones that allegedly block all scam phone calls for life.

Cold called my father, a dementia sufferer, and sold him some telecom equipment that he didn't need for £70. I called DMV to arrange the equipment's return for a refund. I returned the equipment. The refund was never received.

This company are fraudulently posing as o2 and are hijacking consumer contracts from long standing clients like myself, I can’t believe this is possible and o2 are just as bad for sharing longstanding client information with such shady companies, I’m currently speaking with ofcom and the police to rectify this

Bit of an unhappy customer. After speaking with someone at length I was sent a contract which confirmed the price we spoke of on the phone. This number however was exclusive of VAT after it was confirmed that it included the VAT on the phone to me. I told the sales rep about it and asked for it to be changed to be told it doesn’t matter and to just sign…. Not comfortable with this I didn’t sign, so the contract was changed (with moans). However they put my old address on the second contract that they sent to me. Again I was told just to sign and it doesn’t matter… third time lucky everything was correct and I signed.

However, I was sent a phone that was black instead of silver. Turns out the phone I ordered didn’t come in silver but that’s what’s on my contract and what was agreed. Was told they can send me a cover and screen protector as a sorry but they wouldn’t take it back. Now I have a phone I don’t even want with a company that’s a bit of a nightmare to deal with.

After telling them I’ll be leaving them once the contract is finished they sent me this email asking for a Google review… so here’s your review DMV. Enjoy!
