I’ve used Doctify for 5 years now. They have evolved to become an integral part of our offering at Blue Fin Vision. They collect and verify our reviews, they initially did my website, they offers the patients an option to book directly into our clinics, they post our blogs, and they’ve been an amazing business partner over the years. Special mention to Jordan who has been fantastic with handling our blogs and transition towards video blogs and reviews, Stephanie and Suman always have time for me even despite how busy they’ve become. Had the worst experience with Dr Puneet wadhwa, the doctor dint even bother to understand what I was saying regarding my son’s illness. He was very judgement and hated when I questioned why certain medicine is given or not prescribed vice versa (this is from my past experience with my son, he is 4 years old and by now I can say I know his pattern while he falls sick). As a patient it is the doctor duty to be understanding and have patience to talk through and make us feel comfortable and at ease especially when your little one is sick. Horrendous experience, hope this helps other mothers as I felt super bad today and felt the hospital feeling so hopeless. Some of the word to word things doctor quoted was “I can see past history of patient being admitted so I recommend admission” like try to understand what’s going straight away admission and then he said “I cannot manage my son that’s why he has been admitted so many times” how can any doctor speak like this to a patient’s mother especially when we trust them our child’s health ? Absolutely mind blown and hurt! Please watch out.
