Absolutely first class company to work with. Our oxygen concentrator developed a fault late on a Friday night and the engineer was here with a replacement machine within one hour. Also very efficient at delivering portable cylinders and arranging holiday cover. Can't rate them highly enough. Staff are very friendly and do their utmost to help.

0*'s for a no show Technician to service concentrators between 9 am up until 17.30 pm
Rang at 16-17 and 17-44 pm to be told yes the appointment is still open it hasn't been cancelled,gave up at 8 pm...😡

If I could give Vivisol 10 stars I would.The service they have provided my wife with is exceptional.Nothing is a problem and any queries are dealt with quickly and so professionally.Scott the engineer who has visited our house on a few occasions is first class and very knowledgeable.He took time to explain everything to my wife about the equipment and all the other services Vivisol provide.He is a credit to the company well done .
