Recently moved into a new home and had issues with my boiler rang D&G for a qoute on potentially repair. I had already spoke to Worcestershire bosh regarding this. And after almost 2 hours of being passed around they just transferred me back to Worcester bosh without telling me anything at all. The boiler cover service has been good in the past but the communication from my recent experience (07/04/2024) was beyond terrible!!

great business, installed my boiler fair price, friendly staff, took a while to get builders certificates but in the end made one for us, highly recommended, clean and most helpful should i have a problem many thanks to Mr A and Mr V for all the kind help!

Excellent service.. I had new boiler and water tank fitted 6/2/24.. They did a brilliant job and did it all in a few hours.. I couldn't fault them.. They replaced cupboard and cleaned up any mess.. I would highly recommend them..

Time wasters! We've had a boiler issue which needed looking at as we have no heating or hot water, went through check a trade to book as they had lots of positive reviews. Booked an appointment and the time off work. Engineer didn't bother to show up and no courtesy call either. Rang the company, they didn't have a clue where he was. Said they'd ring me back. Took nearly an hour to call back only to say that the engineer was running over with some works at another job and would need to reschedule my appointment for another day. I told them I needed the appointment today as it's not easy to get time off work and after telling them this they said they will definitely sort it today but need to find another enginneer. Complete waste of time. Found another local engineer who's very responsive and able to help instead.

Initially great service. Texted a next day appointment and the engineer turned up in time. He confirmed a new seal was required for the washing machine door. Of course this was obvious but I understand the need to check. He said he would order the part and confirm a date to visit and fit the part.
That was last Friday and by Wednesday morning there has been no communication with D and G or the appointed subcontractor from Sertronics. The part is available on line with a 1-2 working days delivery.
If I try to access my account it says “protection cancelled” so I have no way of requesting a visit.
I now have no idea what’s going on and I’m glad I paid by credit card as I don’t fully trust D & G.

Edit: called them this morning and my repair is cancelled. They have known since Monday that their supplier does not have the parts (yet other suppliers do). No communication from D & G - they claim that they dont even know the reason for the cancellation! I had tp phone their subcontractor to find out.

D&G Heating quoted to replace our existing boiler which was already connected to a Nest thermostat. The quote was competitive, and Ajay was very knowledgeable - although he did call once or twice too many times.

The installers arrived on time and were polite and helpful. We had an issue with the condensate pipe from the boiler going under the floorboards and then back up again where it was meant to drain (the previous house owners did everything on the cheap) so I had to add on a condensate pump during the visit to ensure smooth operation. I was just happy they kept pumps on the van so they didn't have to come back.

Full replacement took around 4-5 hours from answering the door to signing off the documents. I'm happy with the workmanship, although I haven't checked the loft or the roof flashing, obviously. I also can't comment on the after-sales service.

I had my boiler replaced by Domestic & General. The boiler is working OK but during the fitting there were unfortunately some issues which led to water leakage and damage to walls and ceiling.

After some chasing D&G sent out someone to redecorate and repair the damage for which I am grateful.

Overall the company has been helpful during the process.
