I was incredibly lucky to find this auto shop around a holiday, and they still managed to fit me in!

They offer a free 54-point inspection, and I was blown away by the amount of detail in their report. They include pictures and videos to explain and show proof of any issues, which made the whole process feel super transparent and trustworthy.

I also appreciated how easy it was to select which repairs I wanted based on their recommendations. On top of their great service, they were so friendly and thoughtful—they even sent me a thank you card! If you’re looking for a reliable, honest, and thorough auto shop, I highly recommend them!

I’ve been going here with my Jeep for five years. Easily the most comprehensive care I’ve ever had a vehicle receive. They really focus on preventative maintenance- they will identify issues that are developing long before they get to a terminal point. The 54 point inspection keeps you up to date on everything going on with your vehicle. I highly, highly recommend this shop. They really put the customer first.

Trash company to deal with and I will be seeing you in civil court! This was after you fixed
my truck and told me you wouldn’t honor the warranty! Then went in to fraudulently sign my name! To get paid from my warranty company this should be good in front of a judge

I got a pre-purchase inspection for a used car here and the process was fairly simple and very thorough. I called to set up an appointment and was told to come drop off the vehicle in the morning and expect it back that afternoon. Later that day, I received texts when the inspection began, was completed, and a full list of items to worry about. When I returned, I was then informed of common issues the truck I picked out had and alternative options I may try instead. Afterwards I was emailed the list with pictures and suggested treatment plans to follow or share with the dealer. Needless to say, I was saved from a $10k headache by the good work done here! Highly recommend.

Done with Care Auto Shop is an independent family owned business located in Merriam, KS. I have use their shop several times and they have done a good job. They are able to work me into their schedule when needed. I drop off the car early in the morning. I get a text of when the car is being work on. I get images of the diagnosis and service recommendation along with the estimates of cost. Price wise, it’s a bit high but worth it for a complete detail of your car. I highly recommend their service and would use them again for all my auto mechanic needs. They are also the only car service shop that sends out a personal thank you note. ?

If you truly want your auto repair to be DONE WITH CARE, this is the spot. The entire team here is on top of it. I took my 2018 Chevy Silverado to a bigger repair facility before coming here, and it was a great reminder that bigger doesn't always mean better.

Done With Care Auto Repair is extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and explains every step of the way. They did a full in depth inspection of every single part of my truck, almost like an inventory, with pictures, descriptions of what is actually wrong, what actually needs to be addressed soon, and what is completely fine. It's extremely reassuring to have my truck truly fixed after my last experience not being so great.

Highly recommend Done with Care Auto Repair. They do very detailed thorough inspections and document everything with pictures so you can actually see what they're talking about visually when there is an issue with your vehicle. Customer service is great as well. Juan u there does a rest job of communicating and making sure you're involved every step of the way.
